How it all began
Our story began in 2002 under the name Jun Hang F&B, where we focused on large-scale catering and events. We quickly built a reputation for reliability and culinary excellence bringing great food to celebrations across the island.
As our passion grew, so did our vision. We no longer wanted to just bring food to people, we wanted to create a place where people could come to us. This vision became the foundation of Fairway Bistro.
